The values that an organization holds true can say a lot about who they are. Here are a few of our most core values.

  • Screaming at our crews when they make a mistake during racing.

  • Decorating our shrouds and stays with red flags from protesting everyone.

  • Leaving beer cans in the water as we sail along, just in case we forgot to chart where we are going. That way we can just follow the trail back. *points at own head and smirks. “Smart”

  • Charging lots and lots of money for events because planning things is hard.

  • While powerboating, driving at a speed that achieves maximum fuel consumption to RPM ratio, while also achieving maximum displacement. Then having absolutely no idea that we are generating a wake, while taking pictures of two girls posing on the bow. You know, for the gram. #YOLO

  • Coming into an anchorage late at night and yelling to each other as we make several attempts to stern-tie before cranking the music when the party starts.

  • Saying YOLO

  • D. None of the above
